Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact timezapremium8@gmail.com before sending the item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishables, and certain hazardous or personal-care items are non-returnable. EU customers may cancel within 14 days as required by applicable law.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may require additional processing time. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order. Return shipping instructions and labels will be provided after your return request is approved.
